Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Yii2 Developer to join our team. As a Yii2 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the Yii2 framework. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the Yii2 framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code.

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Implement and maintain security, data protection, and backup systems.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement them in the development process where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with Yii2 PHP framework (2+ years).

Strong knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).

Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience in RESTful APIs and web services integration.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with other PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools.

Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
