We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy professional who can confidently wear two hats — Sales Executive and Customer Support Executive. If you’re someone who enjoys helping customers, explaining technical solutions, and driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
You’ll play a key role in connecting with potential clients, converting leads, onboarding new users, and providing ongoing support — all while contributing directly to the growth of a fast-paced SaaS company.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Business Development
Make outbound calls to potential leads
Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients
Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Work collaboratively to meet sales targets
🔹 Customer Support & Onboarding
Provide high-quality support to users via email, chat, and video calls
Guide new customers through the onboarding process
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear, user-friendly explanations
Document FAQs, common issues, and support procedures
Gather user feedback and relay insights to the product and sales teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Comfortable working with SaaS tools and CRM systems
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks
A positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
