Work with the operations team to understand the hiring requirements for the product development team and build and work on recruitment strategies around it. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals and other networking channels.

Evaluate candidate profiles and applications, take initial phone screening to figure out if the candidate is a good fit for our team with his/her skills and experience.

• Help conducting technical interviews for candidate’s technical knowledge and relevant skills in required areas.
• Create job descriptions for open positions, maintain them
• Job posting and recruitment documentation with the existing software and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of technical positions and skills needed to close them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
