Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high-quality leads and opportunities that contribute to Objectways' growth. As a BDR, you will be the face of Objectways to prospective clients, executing outbound campaigns and engaging potential customers across multiple channels. Your efforts will directly impact our sales pipeline, enabling our team to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions to global markets.

  • Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring they align with Objectways' ideal customer profile.
  • Research and gather intelligence on target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute outbound campaigns and align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Present Objectways’ services, including data annotation, content moderation, and generative AI effectively to prospective clients.
  • Drive engagement by addressing client needs, highlighting the value proposition of Objectways’ offerings, and guiding prospects toward scheduling discovery meetings.
  •  Build and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system and spreadsheets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including outreach, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities generated.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, strategies, and tactics within the BDR team.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a background in marketing is required.
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.  (Even Freshers can Also Apply)
  • Must be working on-site at office 5 days a week
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in the field of sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and a passion for innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the team and share best practices.
  • Flexible working during the night.
  • Location -Vadodara (On-site).
